Beautiful, detached villa by the beach in Bahia Dorada, Estepona. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers spacious accommodation with large terraces around the house to enjoy the spectacular views of the sea. Inside has been tastefully decorated, to give a real home from home feel to the villa.
The ground floor of the property has a well-presented kitchen, stocked with utensils, crockery and glassware, as well as modern appliances (fridge freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and gas/electric hob). A large dining table is situated outside the kitchen for indoor meals. The coffee machine takes Tassimo pods and a cafetiere is also provided.
The living area is bright and spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light through the large main window which offers superb views of the sea and overlooks one of the many impressive pools within the urbanization. There are two high quality leather sofas and a 55” Samsung smart TV placed here for use.
The three bedrooms are located on the lower ground level and all include ample storage with spacious built in wardrobes in each room. The three bedrooms each lead off a central hall, the master bedroom has a king size bed and recently renovated en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom provides two single beds with it’s own en-suite shower room. The spacious third bedroom has a double bed and single bed with a bathroom next door off the main hall. Each room has double doors into the private garden area where sun loungers have been provided.
The garden has personal direct access through to one of the large communal pools and then straight out onto the beach.
As for outdoor areas, this villa has an outdoor space to suit every time of day. The main terrace has glass curtain surround and an electric roof to provide shade, but these can all be opened up easily. Cushions have been provided for the built-in seating around the terrace to allow you to sit back and enjoy the views and sunshine wherever takes your fancy. Here on the main terrace, you will also find a large dining table and chairs to accommodate everyone for meals and family time whilst enjoying the sea views, a sofa area, a couple of bean bag seats that also open up as loungers and also a children’s multi-game table with table football, mini pool and mini table tennis.
On the lower-level terrace, there is an outdoor sofa set, sun loungers and coffee tables for maximising time in the sun and relaxing. 2 more tables and seating are provided around the villa gardens as well.
Air conditioning and high speed, unlimited wifi is available throughout the property, and the main car park has plenty of space for residents and visitors to park vehicles.
