We are only 10 minutes drive to the beuatiful towns of Javea & Moriara with their beautiful 'Ports' where fishing is still a way of life or the 'Arenal Beaches' which are famous for being 'Blue Flag Beaches'Casa MD is perfectly placed to offer something that is just that little bit special.
Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for up to 2 hire cars as well as street parking for another two cars and is a short walk to the entrance which has a staircase down to the property or an internal lift for those with limited mobility.

The open plan Kitchen, Lounge, Diner is bright, light and ultra-modern with spectacular Mediterranean Sea Views. is the perfect area to sit and talk whilst dinner is being prepared. The area is cool and inviting and perfect if you want to get out of the afternoon sun. The new fully equipped kitchen offers everything you could need.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – A large light and airy king bedroom with en-suite. The bedroom has sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases and boasts a bath and separate walk-in shower. It opens out onto the main sunbathing terrace
Bedroom 2, 3, 4 & 5 – All 4 bedrooms have king beds, wardrobes and spectacular ‘Sea Views’. Each two bedrooms share an ultra-modern shower room with spectacular sea views and everything you could need.
All Bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as Hand and Bath Towels. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'.

As Casa MD is situated between Javea (15 mins) and Moraira (15 mins) both with their ´Blue Flag beaches´, bars and restaurants this villa offers you everything for those that like to explore whilst on holiday. If walking is your thing then the national park offers a number of walks and trails that you and your group can enjoy. For the adventurous among you why not climb the Montgo mountain at 740m? The views really are breathtaking.
