A few meters by boat and you will find yourself overlooking the spacious Veerse Meer with its many water sports facilities. Kortgene is a cozy village with various restaurants with terraces and shops. Goes, Middelburg and the historic town of Veere are a 20-minute drive away. The wide North Sea beach is less than a quarter of an hour's drive away. A little further on you will find the Oosterschelde dam with the island of Neeltje Jans, famous for the Delta Neeltje Jans theme park and its quiet beach, part of which is reserved for naturists. The villa is located on a dead end street. Parking on private driveway. The holiday home is quietly situated and has a lovely sunny garden. Through the garden door you enter the cosy living room with a sitting area with fireplace and a dining area. Open kitchen equipped with various built-in appliances and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Hall and guest toilet. On the first floor there is a landing with access to 3 spacious bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds). Spacious bathroom with bath/shower, sink and toilet. General: -This house is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties is prohibited.
