Cozy detached bungalow within walking distance of the Veerse Meer (beach) and marina. Kortgene has a cozy center with various terraces and restaurants. Wonderfully quiet location in holiday park "Deltona" with all amenities within easy reach. Among other things, equipped with 2 bedrooms, living room with patio doors to the terrace. The house is located on a quiet field near a beautiful cycling route. Layout: Ground floor; Portal/entrance, dining room and living room with patio doors to the terrace, simple kitchen with appliances: gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. 1 bedroom with 1x2 bed, simple bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Outside: spacious (partly) enclosed garden all around with wooden garden house with garden furniture and bbq. General: The house is suitable for max. 4 persons. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties is prohibited. This house is not rented to groups of young people under 23 years of age. Pets are not allowed. Small children are not allowed due to natural pond in garden. A deposit is required. Please note: bed linen and towel packages are not included. You can rent these for an additional fee. This house can only be booked for tourist purposes.
