In a strategic position ten minutes drive from the downtown of Ravenna, the seaside and the main tourist attractions, there is the La Casina holiday home. In a quiet residential area with private parking.

The Casina is easily reached through the main roads. The entrance is on the ground floor and is accessed directly from the road through an indepdent gate. The car park is private and remains inside the property. The front door is armored.
La Casina is composed by the living room with the kitchen (full equipped), a double room (matress size 160 x 200 cm), a single room (matress size 90 x 200 cm) and the bathroom (with shower). All the rooms of the apartment have the view on one of the two gardens inside the property.
The apartment is located on the ground floor with independent entrance, private parking inside the propriety and armored door.
