New solid adobe house in country house style. The house is built according to the latest ecological findings using only building materials from the region. The breathable walls made of sun-dried clay bricks, clay plaster and cork insulation ensure an incomparable room-feel-good climate even on very hot days. Ideal for allergy sufferers. The house has its own water supply with state-of-the-art 3-chamber wastewater disposal and plant clarification tanks A solar-supported basic stove heating allows comfortable living even in winter. The house consists of 2 ground floor apartments, one of which can be rented. Both apartments can also be rented in July and August. Each apartment is approx. 80m² in size and has 2 bedrooms with double beds (cot on request), 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, a living room with fully equipped, integrated kitchen. The house is furnished in a rustic, colorful way and has original pictures on the walls, which are often replaced. Large terraces with a lawn in front that slopes towards the sea invite you to grill, eat, relax and sunbathe. The large property is located in the Costa Vicentina Natural Park. From the house you have a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and the Monchique mountains in the hinterland. A gate in the lower part of the property leads to a small beach after a few minutes' walk through a herb-scented valley. You can go hiking around the house and enjoy breathtaking views of the rocky coastal landscape lined with small beaches.
