Casa Nausica is a charming flat of about 50 square metres in a residence surrounded by greenery with a sea view.
Completely renovated (end of works March 2023) and modernly furnished.
The flat overlooks the splendid sea of the Riviera dei Ciclopi and the Norman Castle of Acicastello, offering a unique panorama and view.
Fully air-conditioned, it has reserved parking space inside the residence and is ideal for 2 - 3 persons.
The flat, located on the second floor, comprises an entrance hall, hallway and dining area, kitchen, bedroom with study area, bathroom with shower and bath, all with sea views. A delightful covered terrace runs along the entire front of the flat, offering a unique view.
The parquet flooring in all rooms (including the terrace), the large windows, the resin bathroom and the custom-made furniture make this small flat a cosy residence overlooking the sea.
A terrace at the front of the whole flat offers an exclusive view of the Norman Castle and the Faraglioni of Acitrezza.
The terrace is equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs and a barbecue.
The unique panorama can be enjoyed from the terrace and from the flat.
