Hole House is stunning - sitting on the edge of Branscombe on a 58 acre estate, just a five minute drive to the village pubs and beach. Accommodation is well presented and traditionally furnished with four double bedrooms sleeping eight guests. The grounds are a lovely feature of this historic country house with walled formal gardens, woodlands, terraces, courtyards and a secret garden with a pond. A lovely place for children to have the freedom to explore, perfect for a get-together with family or friends. A hidden gem of a property near the beach!
Branscombe is in a sheltered bay on the beautiful World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The village has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Beer beach and stroll around the village. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away. Beer 2 miles, Sidmouth 3 miles.

Fuel included in the rental. Oil central heating if required. All bed linen included. Telephone for incoming calls only. Please bring logs for woodburner. Pets: one dog welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
