This charming, renovated stone house is situated in the village Klarici, on an elevated position with a stunning panoramic view of the lake Butoniga on one side and Motovun on the other.
The house was built in 2007 and renovated in 2023 combining traditional Istrian architecture and modern furniture. The house has its own property of 200 sqm, private pool of 17 sqm, barbecue and dining table, 2 electric bicycles (at additional cost) and parking space.
