There is an outdoor terrace at the back of the building for public use. That is a shared space.

Please note that this is an historical building, there is history to each wall and structure. It is well decorated and styled to today's standards giving it great charm but it is not a new building. It is in fact a registered historical building.
The unit was recently renovated but as with all older buildings, it is not perfect.
The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
