Summary: The house was clean, as described. However, there was no heat in the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom and we were renting in late May when the night time temperatures dip into the 30s. The owner told us that the bedrooms and bath would warm up with the only heating unit, which was installed in the living room, however that was not the case. Communication was also difficult. The local number given was disconnected. Additionally, the double bed does not have a bedstead but was a mattress on a frame up against a window.
