It comes fully furnished with Art Deco Antiques and fully stocked kitchenette with apartment sized refrigerator, sink, gas stove, oven and views to harbor, mountains and ocean. The historic neighborhood is a uniquely charming, friendly and close-knit environment. The house sits across from a tranquil historic landmark park whose huge trees and lush environment spill over gracing the views as "borrowed landscape". There are lovely views of the mountains, ocean and harbor from the a large furnished Terrace and from the kitchen window too. There is a shared BBQ area adjacent to the terrace with a grill, seating and serving/bar table.
This 1920's home abounds. The house has been completely upgraded and renovated with new electrical/plumbing/central a/c and heating, whole house water filtration for modern comforts. Long time neighbors, quiet and serene. Citrus trees, flowers and lovely lush private walled-in corner lot.
