Summary: The house itself is very old and cool! It depends on your group as to whether you’d be happy with it. I took a group of young adults who thought it was funny that the door knob fell off and they were locked in the bathroom, or that the doors that separated the girls’ and guys’ bedroom were French doors with broken mini blinds and a gap at the bottom, or the door into the living room would come off its hinge at the top, or that the chair leg was so loose that they almost fell over. You have to park in the back, so you walk around the front to get to the keypad a narrow path between the house and a chain-link fence which is covered in broken glass. When my friend found out where we were staying, he said not to go out after dark. There were a lot of police sirens and on Saturday night there was a very loud gathering in the alley a few doors down. I’m kind of conflicted in my review because it really could be a neat place to stay with a few changes.
