THE SPACE
Originally constructed as a bank in 1925, the building served a variety of office needs for downtown Memphis for nearly a century. In the early 2000s, the last office space, a law firm, was vacated and the building sat empty for 10 years.
The building has been converted into a condo on the upper two floors and a retail space on the first floor.
Tall ceilings, exposed brick walls, natural light, and multiple levels and a mezzanine all contributed to create exciting spatial qualities throughout the living spaces. The upper floor which was originally designed as a ballroom and then later used as a ballet studio with its hardwood floors, has enormous light monitors that were reconditioned to create an open space for entertaining as well as play or relaxation. Bedrooms bookend this open space for an exciting living experience
BEDROOM 1 (2pax): located on the second floor. King size bed, reading chair with light & large closet.
BEDROOM 2 (5pax): Located on the third floor. Queen size bed + Full bed with twin trundle bed (under the full size bed), bedside light, closet.
BEDROOM 3 (2pax): Located on the third floor, behind the game room Queen Murphy bed, smart TV.
BEDROOM 4 (3pax): Located on the second floor. Twin over Full bunk bed, bedside light & shelves for storage.
BEDROOM 5 (1pax): Located in the sunroof deck, above game room. Twin pull-out bed from ottoman

GAME ROOM: Large area with skylights on top floor, has wet bar, mini fridge, Sofa and chairs, smart TV, pool table, cards and games.
LAUNDRY ROOM: has large washer and dryer with iron and ironing board.
SECURITY: 1 motion activated security camera located by the front door facing the street. The camera and its data will only be used for the sole purpose of protecting and securing our property.
