Positive: Liked the pool and access to the beach, plenty of space
Negative: Grill didn't work, fireplace didn't work, fire pit didn't work, house had wear and tear that could have been fixed... Missing light switches, holes in walls, etc. low quality scratchy sheets.
Summary: It was fine but I won't recommend to friends.
