2 Bedroom House with Private Pool, Ocean View and Balcony

Very clean home newly built and very cozy. 2 bedrooms one with queen size bed and the other with a large trundle bed with a roll out, sleeps 4. You will be in a super quiet environment. If your looking for a getaway to just relax or traveling for business you have definitely found a hidden gem. You can also take a walk or drive and see the beauty of Lake Las Vegas. There are beautiful golf courses, the Village with 12 restaurants and activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, boating. 25 min from the strip, close to Green Valley Casino, shopping centers and lots of restaurants. No overnight guest or pets allowed. I expect that you will take care of my property and keep it clean and damaged free. The pool and spa are an added bonus to your relaxation. Guest are responsible for any damages to the property. I am asking for a 30 day minimum. However, check with me to discuss other options. Parking is in the driveway and no garage access. There are cameras on the outside of the property for your protection. Absolutely no drugs, smoking or Parties. Golf cart rental available $50 a day. Contact me for holiday’s and special event bookings ex: Grand Prix 2023 and Super-bowl 2024.

Summary: What a wonderful surprise to have found this jewel in Lake Las Vegas. Brand new 1700sq foot home with pool and spa in a wonderful neighborhood with so much to do. If you are looking for a single family home with high end furnishings, (not rental grade). Then this is by far the best choice you'll find and at a reasonable and affordable cost. The added bonus is the owner, Starre. Can't say enough for how welcoming and personable she is. By the way, you have access to her brand new golf cart, for an additional fee. We've stayed at a number of VBRO's across the country and this is one of our favorites. Honestly rated using 5 stars, it's a 5!
