Welcome to the Heart of Little Italy in Downtown San Diego! This huge, modernized loft is settled within a stone's throw of the Little Italy Sign and some of the finest food and entertainment that all of San Diego County has to offer. We are welcoming all!! Families on vacation, couples looking for a romantic escape, groups of girls or guys celebrating weddings, etc.
The space is brand new, a unique conversion from a Yoga studio into a large residential loft. A large mural painted by one of San Diego's local artists is a sure conversation piece. Also inside the loft are two flat screen televisions, a grill and bathtub on the patio (perfect for keeping cool a case of beer), and a 6 foot champagne glass (why not?) The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, and the bathroom is completely redone with a huge shower.
OUR SPACE IS ALSO PERFECT FOR EVENTS! Events include: Networking Events, Cocktail Parties, Artist Gallery Viewing Space, ETC! Please Note: One Night Events have a different price than the 2 night minimum prices you see. Please message me for details.I need to make this clear, there are to be NO PARTIES inside the space. There are apartments below and the floors are thin. Please keep noise levels low after 10:30pm on weekdays, and midnight on weekends. This will be strictly enforced, and if I get a complaint about the noise from upstairs, your security deposit could be forfeited.

Summary: It looks cool in the photos and it is cool in real life, an expansive loft style apartment with a perfect location. Little Italy is hopping, almost as cool as the Gaslight Quarter. We walked to Padres game, Midway aircraft carrier, and a 10 minute drive to the zoo. Parking is a tight squeeze but we fit a pretty big car after folding the mirrors (Chevy Malibu). Incredibly convenient to have parking! There are three distinct sleeping areas - two loft spaces and a futon in the main space. Sound travels throughout the big space though. Outside is noisy, typical city noise in a hip neighborhood plus a beeping crosswalk and train crossing. If you're used to city living then you'll fall right asleep. If not then bring white noise or earplugs. The space is really cool and our kids thought it was the bomb. The wifi is really good. The place was clean but the furniture is a little worn and could use a refresh. Good shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. (No bathtub.) Nico was responsive via the VRBO app. Definitely would stay again.
