This property is a duplex with two connected but separate units, each with its own private entrance:
Front Unit: Faces the street and features 2 bedrooms (one with a desk and TV, the other with just a desk), 1.5 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining area.
Back Unit: Located closer to the garage, accessible via a backdoor entrance. This unit includes a game room, a non-usable kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one of which is an ensuite with a desk in the room).
Backyard Amenities
All backyard games and amenities will be stored in the garage upon your arrival. You’ll receive a door code to access the garage, allowing you to grab the items whenever you’d like. We ask that you kindly return them to the garage when not in use to keep them safe from weather or accidental loss.
