Summary: Wasn’t so much that the staff was an issue as it was the loud banging that was going on for the entire day. I called the front desk and the gentleman said it was a truck fixing a parking lot light and it has the boom on it so it was putting out their stabilizers and that’s what the noise was, but the banging and rumbling consistently went on throughout the night, continued on through the next day and night all the way up until I left partially the Neighbor not sure what they were up to, but they were rearranging the furniture I guess. But my main basis for the rating was that I called the front desk numerous times and never got back to me on what that was or might’ve been which tells me that nobody tried to figure it out or come up and hear it. I don’t know the property so for me to say where it is and what it’s coming from would not be relevant. I was really hoping someone would investigate a little bit. Big upside is that they are pet friendly and my Dog slept well.
