Welcome to Sawyer Farmhouse, in the heart of Sawyer Michigan in Harbor Country! Be the first to stay at our brand new 30’x15’ heated, inground pool with power safety cover - it’s being installed this fall and completed in spring! Home is located two minutes from Exit 12 off highway. Just 2 blocks to Greenbush Brewery, Infusco Coffee and Sawyer Garden Center. It’s just 5 minutes drive to Warren Dunes beach and a few minute drive in any direction you will find yourself at a beach, nature preserve, berry picking, brewery, golfing, winery, dining or shopping.
This home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, set on 2 acres. Home features a beautiful back deck with sunset views and easy access to the pool. There is a fire pit next to the original silo and 2 acres to explore the fruit and berry trees, birds and wildlife. Home has an updated kitchen with brand new appliances (fridge, range and microwave June 2023) just three small steps up on the porch- and a main floor bedroom with full bathroom. The long private driveway can easily fit 4-6 cars if needed. It’s center to all of the southwest Michigan favorite attractions and perfect for quality time with family and being able to relax and have everything you need to feel at home. **please note: video of home reflects old pool which is being removed, new pool being installed now! ** 5-6day minimum, Friday check in preferred, no pets allowed, will require copies of IDs, and signature additional separate rental agreements- please reach out with questions or special scheduling questions or requests - we would love to try our best to accommodate!
