Welcome to Wilmington! There is no better place to experience downtown life than this newly renovated retro-modern condo! It is light, bright, comfortable, and easy to relax. The Heart of Downtown features a 50" flat-screen TV, full kitchen, bathroom with a tub, and washer/dryer. This is the perfect downtown location, close enough to walk anywhere you want to go but a couple of blocks from the crowded bars so that you won't be bothered with late-night noise. Ten miles to Wrightsville Beach! This property is unique because there aren't many units in this small and particular building. You will love your proximity to everything there is to do downtown! Every inch of the space has been designed and thought out with you, our guest, in mind, and we hope you enjoy all the extra special touches we put in to make your stay one of a kind. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.
