The `Southwestern Vibe` home is an approximately 1200 sqft condo. The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 full-size bathrooms, 1 powder room, a full kitchen, a living room, and dining with complimentary amenities for your convenience. Our property is equipped with smart TVs in the living room. We also provide many board games for you and your group to enjoy in our game room.
- 1st Floor: The living room is in the center of the house. The kitchen and dining area are on the right-hand side when you walk into the entrance door. Following on the right-hand side of the kitchen is the master bathroom (w/ 1 Queen Size Bed) with its enclosed full bathroom. Right by the entrance is the powder room.
- 2nd Floor: Two bedrooms (both equipped with queen size beds) and a full bathroom.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
PLEASE NOTE: The living room has 2 leather armchairs made out of real cowhides, there could be a musty/leather smell in the house.
*Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone.
**We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent.
*Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.
**To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
*Gardeners may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you.
Please do not block the sidewalk to AVOID receiving a ticket.
There is plenty of street parking for you to use. Please keep noise to a minimum so that we won`t distract other tenants who live around the area.
