Exposed beams and hardwood floors throughout with incredible panoramic views of Sandy Bay and Rockports tranquil Old Harbour. The living room, dining room and deck all face the water. You are as close as you can get to the sea. This historical property was the old customs house at the turn of the century. Ships stopped at the wharf across the bay to clear customs here. Original beams and floors are lovingly maintained.
