Totally refurbished Harborage Condo. Elevator to unit, no stairs. Heated indoor pool & hot tub. Summer time has outdoor pool, patios, and pavilion. It is only a short 150 yards (3-4 minute walk) to the lake. Center condo with partial view of the lake and full view of the Marina. It is a cozy and very comfortable condo. Condo Dock for fishing and a possible boat slip available for rent. This Condo is in the Harborage Pilot House. It has been fully remodeled and is fully furnished. There is a nice view of the Harbor and partial Lake view from this Center unit. Everything anyone would need, is provided in this fully stocked kitchen (new refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal), bath (new shower- head, towels), and bedroom (new beds, linens, and mattresses). This beautiful unit has 2 queen beds + 1 queen sofa bed, so it will sleeps 6 people easily. Two new - 55-inch Samsung TV's are in both the living room and bedroom. Two large walk-in closets and under the bed space, provides lots of storage. New Weber Grill and fire pit is here for your use and enjoyment. Enjoy a daily swim, in the indoor heated pool and spa in the same building. A large recreation room with foosball, ping pong table, and large commons area is available for individual use or reserve for larger parties. Picket ball, tennis courts, and volleyball areas are available on the property. All utilities (water / sewer and electricity) and Wi-Fi is included in the rent. There's ample outdoor parking at the condo. Commercial grade laundry is available for use in the same building. Only 10 miles drive to Mason City. (15-17 minutes). This unit is available for a weekly rental beginning on June 1st. Sorry...absolutely NO Cats or Dogs.
