This private,1.27 acre retreat is just a five-minute walk from West Landing Beach on the Great Peconic Bay. Beautifully updated kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line appliances would be any chef’s dream. Open living space with a welcoming fireplace, cathedral ceilings and three sliding doors lead to a backyard oasis. Backyard features resort-style living with lounge furniture, beautiful outdoor shower, gas fire-pit, outdoor heater and DCS Grill. The property is surrounded by green-zoned areas in front and back, and borders the Red Creek Hiking Trail. House is conveniently located just minutes from top Southampton restaurants, marina, and local shopping and a short drive to the many vineyards on the North Fork. Come live your best Hamptons life!
