Condo is 1bedroom,1bath with double sinks in the bathroom. Kitchen is Fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The bedroom has a cozy, California King and is ultra comfortable with high thread count linens! The livingroom has a Eurolounger, a foldout sofa perfect for 1 adult, or 2 small children. A Thick sofa mattress is also available if needed. This Condo has Air Conditioning( portable) Only 2 others in Ham Cove do. We have ceiling fans and floor fans as well. At the private,secure Ham Cove villas, you'll feel the comforts of home and you get to use the Golf Cart!!! A huge bonus that offsets some expense of renting one($60/hr in town).And the Kitchen allows you to make your own meals if you choose and makes staying here more enjoyable and affordable in relation to a hotel. You make what you wish of this vacation spot. Relax in the serenity of true beauty or get out,dine, use the Fitness gym, mini golf(putters and balls in condo), play tennis, swim in the pool, take a power walk around the hills or head down to the ocean for all that has to offer. Jump in the cart(or even a short walk) to Descanso Beach for kayaking, SUP, Spa services and Zipline!!! Great bar/restaurant there too!!!
