Positive: Excellent service with a warm welcome. Amazingly comfortable and cosy both in the room and the lounge. The ski shop has you covered. The spa is great with the sauna, ice water bucket and outdoor hot tub. Chilling in the cinema is a great way to relax après après ski. They make an excellent Bloody Mary. Soaking in the massive bath after a long day on the slopes is the perfect way to unwind 😉
