With elegant modern interiors, this lovely flat is set in the heart of the 7th Arrondissement and within walking distance to many top Lyon's attractions! It is located on the 3rd floor, without an elevator.
Relax in the bright living room which features a convertible double sofabed facing a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. There are also two large windows that illuminate the space.
If you fancy dining in, there's an attached dining area where you can eat your meals with loved ones!
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, a microwave, and a toaster. Plus, there's a washer for all your laundry needs!
The bedroom contains a queen bed, large wardrobe and complimentary hotel-quality linens that are at your disposal.
The bathroom has all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The 7th arrondissement, between the Rhône (to the west), the Cours Gambetta to the north, the 8th arrondissement to the east and the commune of Saint-Fons to the south. It’s the largest district in Lyon. It is located on an almost flat territory, the alluvial plain of the Rhône.
The area is filled with students from the Université Lumière Lyon 2. The Halle Tony Garnier concert hall stages big-name bands, and funky art galleries sit alongside hip dance clubs.

The nearest train station is Saxe - Gambetta Metro - 4 mins away on foot. There's also the Lyon-Jean-Macé just 11 mins walk from the flat.
From both of these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Lyon!
Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is 28 mins drive from the flat.
Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
