Located a stones throw from the seafront and just minutes from a selection of restaurants bars and the marina. You can relax with your car safely parked off-road and explore and enjoy without restrictions, even bring your pets. This cosy self contained ground floor apartment is within a minutes walk to the seafront, easy to enjoy a stroll with your partner, or the dog. It’s also a level 5 minute walk to the town centre where the expected assortment of shops, banks, pubs etc await your inspection. The apartment features a large bay fronted double bedroom, with king size bed, assorted furniture and extra USB sockets to charge your tech. Behind this the second bedroom features two single beds, and assorted furniture and more USB sockets for charging phones etc.
Then you are into the lounge area. A wall mounted smart tv provides plenty of free view channels, access to Netflix and Amazon prime, as well as other apps etc as found on smart tv menu. There are two sofas , one which will convert to a sofa bed. There is a fold out table which has 4 fold out chairs. There’s a bookcase with books and games if you fancy.
