Located on a quiet street that connects Fillmore street and Marina Green. In close proximity to Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, Marina Green, Fort Mason, Exploratorium, Presidio bowling, Golfing, SFYC, and many more attractions that Marina has to offer.
Two blocks from the house on marina green waterfront free public parking from 6 am till 10 pm.
Two blocks from the house on Chestnut ,Wells Fargo parking lot that charges $13 ,from 6pm till 8 am, for overnight parking lot ,this is just in case you will not find street parking .
Two hour limit :your car will not be ticketed from 5pm till 9am. And not applicable from Friday 6pm till Monday. 9am.
Uber is the best option in SF , cheap reliable and fast.
If you find street parking ( which is generally easy before 5 pm on weekdays)
Watch out for street cleaning ,if you park on the street.

Our beautiful home:
All the areas on the main floor flow into one another creating large open space. French doors open onto a deck which offers additional dining area in good weather.
The living area has a unique wood floor.Gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances has additional dining space for four at the kitchen island. Half bathroom located on the main floor.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own marble bathroom and shower. Master bedroom has a king bed, very large marble bathroom the Second bedroom has a queen bed, balcony with partial GG view, and office area with internet. The third bedroom has the trundle bed that could be used as two separate twin beds or one King, depending on guest need.
House sleeps up to six people.

Park smart and take all valuables ,from small items such as cell phones and sunglasses, to bigger items, like luggage and backpacks. ‘Don’t tempt a car thief.
If you have car , you have literally couple hundred free parking spaces two blocks from the house at Marina Green, but only from 6 am till 10 pm . Do not leave your car there overnight. If you can not find parking and the space around the house, parking lot 2055 Chestnut two blocks up $13+ per night. If you park on the street, watch for two hours and cleaning signs.

The check out time should be no later than 11 am , as we have guests coming the same day. Please close the door, Please text upon check out.
