3 Bedroom Apartment with Kitchen, Parking and Guest Services

This brightly lit basement apartment is on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown Bozeman and Montana State University. Our guests rave about being able to walk everywhere!
It is a great location for visiting a child at college, touring the university for the first time, or enjoying a sporting event at MSU! If you are visiting for the many outdoor activities, this is a great place to call home base. We are a short drive to many great hiking options in the surrounding mountain ranges and the Big Sky area. We are always happy to make any suggestions for a great hike. If visiting Yellowstone is on your bucket list we are an easy 1 hour and 20 minutes from the North entrance of the park outside of Gardiner (We have bear spray if you need it). If you are lucky enough to visit in the winter months, we are 18 miles from our local ski hill, Bridger Bowl, and 1 hour from Big Sky.
Your space has its own separate entrance with a convenient keypad entry. The three bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping for five guests. Two bedrooms offer a queen bed and one bedroom offers a full-size bed. One of the queen bedrooms has a desk for remote workers. The space offers one large bathroom with two sinks and a tub/shower combination. There is a nice living room with a cozy gas fireplace and TV (no cable, just streaming TV). Strong WiFi. Laundry room. We don’t offer a full kitchen in the space. We have a well-equipped kitchenette only, with a microwave, toaster, air fryer toaster oven, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and electric tea kettle with an assortment of tea bags available. Our guests love the excuse to dine out at all the amazing restaurants in town. We are always happy to make any dining suggestions. The basement apartment stays cooler by design but our full house AC keeps you just right on those rare hot summer days. All rooms also have fans to circulate the evening air should you choose to open the windows on a cool summer night. We have all new flooring throughout the space!! No pets. Non-smoking.
My husband and I live upstairs and are available for questions during your stay. We are located in the Cooper Park area.
