Ten minute Uber/Lyft to all major entertainment venues & districts. Our BRICK HOUSE, was formerly the Convent House on the Guardian Angels Church Parish grounds. In the 40's or early 50's it was moved by truck onto the current foundation. The house was given to the family and the land it was on too. The original residents lived there until we bought it from them, they were our neighbors for 30+ years. We rented it as a two bedroom to some existing tenants as the entire 2nd floor needed to be completely redone. We did that eventually. Now we are going to short term rent it as we like the way short term renters take care of our home.
We have outfitted it like a family home. It has been rented to a family long term during the pandemic and the rest of there family is coming back to KC so they are moving into a bigger unit of ours with their own stuff so its back on the short term rotation.
We also got some new furniture and will take updated pictures when reset. But will be additions or swaps so it will be as pictured.
There are air mattresses if bed sharing is an issue.
We have a grill (propane) that is available for guests.
