4 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, TV and Internet

Casa Karin is a beautifully appointed 4 bedroom villa in the heart of Porto do Mos, close to the beach with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private pool and a partial sea view from the fist floor terrace.
This villa offers a wonderful location for a great family holiday only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Porto do Mos beach.
Casa Karin has a lovely entrance to the villa up a few steps and the front door opens into the large entrance hall with a sweeping staircase, to the left there is a large open plan living room with a lounge seating area with a smart TV and fibre optic Wi-Fi available, this opens out to the pool area through sliding patio doors, also in the living room there is a lovely large dining table with 8 chairs and another sliding patio door from the dining area through to the pool. From the dining room there is door leading through to the newly renovated kitchen, the kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances, dishwasher, electric hob, oven and a tall fridge freezer, there is also a utility room with the washing machine off from the kitchen.
There are 4 bedrooms in Casa Karin, the first floor of the villa houses 3 of the bedrooms, the master suite has a king size bed, built in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and patio doors out to the balcony with a glimpse of the Porto do Mos sea. The second bedroom is a twin room or can be made into another super king room (this must be requested), the 3rd bedroom on the first floor has a king bed and this room had duel aspect windows with a lovely view of the see in the distance. Both these bedrooms have built in wardrobes and patio doors that lead out to balconies and share a full family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, toilet and wash basin. The 4th bedroom is a twin room and located on the ground floor with use of the house bathroom.
The outside of Casa Karin offers a lovely private pool area, with 6 sun loungers, an outside sofa seating area that's undercover by the living room and around the back of the house is a lovely private outside dining area and a gas BBQ.
Casa Karin is in an excellent location only a few minutes’ walk down to the beach, the Porto do Mos beach offers 2 beach bar / restaurants that are open day and night. It’s a very quiet area for enjoying lazy days around the pool.
Porto do Mos is a great area if you like to be close to the beach, the Porto do Mos beach offers 2 great restaurants, that serve drinks and snacks or a full meal day and night. You can hire sun loungers on the beach in the summer months and pedalo's from the beach front. To get to the town a car is really recommended, you can get around on the local Onda bus service that runs from down by the beach these buses run regularly and very cheap, taxis are also a reasonable price to the town. There is a mini Mercado in the area about a 10 minute walk away but the larger supermarkets would require a car or taxi.

Summary: The villa was lovely, not too far from the beach (10 mins walk) and a short Uber ride in to the main town of Lagos or a good half hour walk. Everything you needed was provided and intreaction with the owners/agents was very good. I would recommend.
