The Space:
Phenomenal home in Coldstream with second floor Master Bedroom! - This 4 bedroom, 2 bath cedar contemporary in Coldstream is just what you're looking for! With over 1/3 of an acre, this house is quietly nestled in a cul-de-sac just down the road from Saluda Shoals park. Upstairs is the master complete with private bath and a loft space perfect for an office, den, sitting area or game room. The 3 guest bedrooms are downstairs as well as the open living room. Other features include eat-in kitchen, stone masonry fireplace, screened porch and fenced backyard. Zoned for Lexington/Richland 5 schools, close to interstates, shopping, dining, and entertainment, you can't ask for more!

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
