This ranch home boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the first floor as well as a warm living room and cozy kitchen and dining area. The finished basement is home to a 3rd spare bedroom and of course the GAME room featuring all of your favorite board games and fun new ones to learn. In addition, this home has a pack and play for the tiniest board gamers.
You have access to the entire home, with the exception of a linen locked closet on the first floor and an unfinished part of the basement. You have full access to the expansive and beautiful back yard.
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. There ARE cameras on the property that record video of people entering our home and keep an eye on the back yard. There are NO cameras inside of the home or any cameras that can view what occurs inside of the home.
Parking is STREET PARKING ONLY.
We live just down the street so are nearby if you ever need anything.

Grandview is our favorite neighborhood in Columbus. Its located minutes away from Downtown, The Short North, Upper Arlington, and Ohio State University. Grandview Avenue and 5th Avenue feature anything you could ever need! There are so many fun restaurants, patios, and activities. Three parks are also within walking distance of the Gameboarding House. Grandview is also one of the safest areas of Columbus. Its primary residents are young professionals, OSU Grad students, and Families.
Parking in front of the home or on Ida Avenue is almost always available. You should not need your car much once you arrive because everything you need is a close walk, bus ride or Uber away. You will LOVE how much you can walk to.
There ARE security cameras on the outside of the property that record video of people entering our home and keep an eye on the back yard. There are NO cameras inside of the home or any cameras that can view what occurs inside of the home. We do not profit from our cleaning fee it goes directly to our cleaner who spends on average 3 hours to clean the home top to bottom.
