The Space:
You will feel like you have stepped into a Californian mansion when you enter the split level home with every room furnished to a high standard with no expense spared.
Designed for comfort the master bedroom will have you living like royalty with a luxe king bed, a sitting area with two soft leather sofas, a wall mounted TV and beautiful tray ceiling with ambient lighting. Walk through into the modern ensuite bathroom with double vanity and enjoy the deluxe steam shower to help ease those muscles after a day exploring the city.
The second and third bedroom are similar in size and are just as grand as the master. Both have king beds with luxe soft linens, beautiful antique furnishings and floor to ceiling tiled ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. All bathrooms are equipped with plush white towels and quality amenities.
On the first floor you will find the well appointed lounge area. Here you can sink into the soft leather sofas while you watch TV on the big screen or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace while you curl up with a good book.
Onto the second floor is the elegant open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has only the best appliances and is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook up your favourite culinary delights.
Enjoy your food at the dining table or sit up at the breakfast bar. There is also a small table by the large kitchen window which is the perfect place for a morning coffee with a view into the garden below.

Across from the bar is the home gym with a treadmill and an all in one workout machine and plenty of floor space for a yoga mat. There is a TV to keep you motivated as well as mirror walls so you can perfect your technique.

Please be courteous to the neighbors by keeping noise low and keeping the house and its surrounding clean. We also have a early check-in and late check-out fee of $20 for 1 hour, $50 for 2 hours, and $90 for 3 hours.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking of any kind. If we detect a smoke odor during or after your stay, you will be fined a minimum of $250.00. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.
