House is completely fenced in and has a front patio that wraps around into a larger back patio.

Close to downtown Fort Lauderdale and Walking distance to Wilton Drive.
3 vehicles are permitted to park for free on premises
No parties or events.
The fee for excessive cleaning is $30 on top of the base cleaning fee.
Jacuzzi cover must be on when not in use.
Do not change any settings on tv , projector, arcade.
No loud music after 8pm Mon-Fri, 9pm weekends. This is a residential area so please courteous to our neighbors and community.
