Summary: We have rented many properties over the years in Seagrove. The pictures online for this house were amazing. We feel like the house, of course has aged. Not current. We had a few problems and got quick response from management. As always the pool pictures are very deceptive. The pool here is more like a hot tub. In fact, we had to get management to turn it down because it was so hot. Mind you we had already been paying for the pool to be heated. We were very disappointed in the grill. It was very dirty. And it had not been cleaned in a very long time. My husband wouldn’t grill on it because he said it would just be rusted. We liked the upstairs area outside, but the cushions were less than desired for the outside couch. We had a very hard time regulating the temperature from each floor. I know they mentioned something about beach towels being included, but felt like the towels that were supposed to be for the beach were more like bath towels. We had to buy beach towels. There were four foldable beach chairs beside the house, but they were very rusty and were not able to be used. The location of the house was by far the best feature.
