Brand new listing on VRBO! Welcome to our Piper Ridge townhouse, and choosing our Stratton mountain home! We hope you love the home as much as we do. Here is a lot of information about the home we hope you find helpful. It is very spacious 2945 Square feet. The furniture primarily was custom made in Utah for our condo. We love the mountain decor and have gone to great lengths to put the best furnishings in the unit. The view from the living room and the deck is direct view of Stratton Mountain! It doesn’t get better than that! Imagine looking out at that view with your morning coffee, lemonade or iced tea during the day or glass of wine at sunset! We had two gorgeous antler chandeliers installed in the living room and in the foyer. The unit sleeps 10! Master bedroom upstairs has king bed, main level bedroom behind the living room has a queen bed. You don’t need to climb any stairs for this bedroom. The other main floor bedroom has a queen bed and also a twin bunk bed. One step down. The bunk is only intended for use by kids. The last bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds. All 4 bedrooms have room darkening curtains to ensure a good nights sleep! You can sleep in if you want to, and not be awakened by the morning sun!
Keyless entry is installed to make life really easy after your drive to Vermont! We will supply the code to the door before check in.
There is a ski equipment closet in the mudroom to hold your luggage and/or other recreational gear. We also have a baby gate in that closet you can use during your stay if you are bringing young children, so they don’t climb the stairs.
There are 6 flat screen TVs in the unit. There is one in each of the four bedrooms, the living room and the basement. There are remote controls for each TV located in each room and in corresponding remote holders. The Xfinity Cable is on most TVs with the exception of the basement. All TVs are Smart TVs. The basement tv is the only tv we have designated for gaming if you choose to bring your own Xbox or Playstation.
The basement is bonus space only. It is not a sleeping space. There is a foosball table down the basement as well as the 6th tv. (We are presently undergoing construction in the basement but you are still welcome to watch tv or at foosball if you wish.) The living room has a huge, soaring, gorgeous stone fireplace that is wood burning. We have a premium package with Comcast/Xfinity Cable for your viewing pleasure; sports movies, news, the works. The living room tv is a 65 inch flat screen Smart tv.
The kitchen has new Stainless Steel Appliances: oversized LG refrigerator with freezer, Frigidaire stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.
There are cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. Extra toilet paper rolls are in each bathroom. We have two royal blue recycling bins for cans and bottles against the kitchen island in the dining area next to the kitchen. Clear plastic bags to line the recycle bins with are in the pantry in the kitchen. Please put your recyclable items in these bins. The garbage can is in the kitchen next to the refrigerator.
Garbage and recycling bags get picked up from each outside trash closet lol on Tuesday and Friday mornings by TPW, the property management company that manages Piper Ridge. Please take out your sealed bags to the trash closet outside whenever you vacate the unit for the week(end) or by Monday nights. Please keep the garbage door closed tightly to keep out the bears and other wildlife.
Step stool, broom, dust pan, Swiffer, and replacement Swiffer pads can be found in the right, front closet in the mud room. Backup paper towels can be found in this closet as well.
Flour, sugar, and salt canisters, salt and pepper shakers and Kosher Salt shakers are available for your use in kitchen cabinets, also vegetable oil, cinnamon, garlic powder as well. You will also find a teakwood spice rack spinner on the counter filled with an assortment of other spices.
We have a custom wine bar and also a custom coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker. I have a selection of KCups you are welcome to enjoy during your stay, but please bring your KCups of choice if you have a particular favorite you don’t want to miss.
We think you will find the unit is very well stocked with any dinnerware, silverware, kitchen gadget, or small appliance you may need. Plenty of pots, pans, grill equipment, crock pots, a blender, 2 lobster pots, etc. are all there for your convenience.
Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your use and convenience. If you choose not to use them please put back under each sink.
There are bath towels in each bathroom under cabinets and in some closets. There are hampers located in each bedroom.
We have a beautiful 8 person hot tub on our deck overlooking the stunning Stratton Mountain View! There are plenty of black and gray hot tub towels in the basket in the dining room room area next to the slider that leads to the hot tub. There are also hooks outside you can hang them on while using the hot tub. When done, please bring the towels back inside. There are also 4 custom Adirondack ski chairs on the deck for your enjoyment! There is also a Weber propane grill.
We have many board games you are welcome to use during your stay. If your children bring any board games, they can also store them in the wooden bench in the main level bedroom when not in use. There is a huge grassy greenbelt down back of the unit.
There are plastic low ball glasses and plastic wine glasses in kitchen cabinets for hot tub use. Please do not bring any real stemware from the wine bar outside to the hot tub area for everyone’s safety.
The WiFi password is posted on a placard in the living room above the sectional sofa, in the master bedroom and down the basement.
As a guest of Piper Ridge, there is a sports center located just around the corner from our unit. There is an indoor pool, hot tub, gym room, and racquetball in the sports center available for a small fee paid directly to the facility. There is also tennis outside the center.
Two vehicles are welcome to park outside the unit. Any additional vehicles will need to park around the block at the sports center, per HOA rules. There is no fee for parking.

The condo is available for rent for 2 nights or more from April 15 through October 31. We offer discounts of 10 percent for stays of 7 nights or more. For stays longer than 7days, feel free to reach out regarding a deeper discount.
We utilize the services of a very professional housekeeping service between each rental. There is absolutely no smoking in the unit. We don’t object if you smoke on the deck if you clean up all butts and throw them out in a seaIed coffee can with lid, you will need to bring yourself. Evidence of smoking and/or smoke odor in the unit will result in additional $100 deep cleaning fee.
