Our newly renovated home is located ideally within historic St. Augustine, within walking distance of the downtown sites, restaurants, and bars. This home has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a beautiful open floor plan, and a great outdoor patio. Comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. We're also just a short 5-minute drive to beautiful beaches, and provide beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella for those lazy days at the beach.
Our space is beachy meets modern and has just about everything you may need on your next trip.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second
bedroom offers two twin-size beds and access to another full bathroom. If you have a
larger group, our bonus room features a futon as an additional sleeping space, and we also provide a twin-sized air mattress.
There's room for everyone to have their own space but still enjoy coming together in our open main living area. Enjoy returning back to our home after a long day out in the sun and catch your favorite movie in our living room.
We offer a spacious open kitchen where the chef in your group is welcome to whip up a few family meals. There is a washing machine and dryer in the cabinet in the kitchen for your convenience. Our coffee station holds both a Keurig and a Cuisinart drip coffee pot so everyone is able to start their morning off with their choice of coffee.
Guests can enjoy dining al fresco in the backyard or lounging on the patio furniture
while cooking dinner on the gas grill.
Please note that our yard is not completely fenced in. Our fence provides privacy and is lifted off the ground in some areas around the yard.
Guests will have access to our entire property during their stay. We offer self-check-in with a smart lock so your group is able to come and go as they please.
Please note that there is no street parking on our street - guests must park in our driveway during their stay.
