This gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in Cedar Glen Condominiums at 13 Mile Marker of the Big Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. Located right off Highway 54, so no gravel or curvy roads to travel. Condo parking lot is flat and easy to get in/out. Walk-In Unit is located at parking lot level - Walk in directly from the parking lot – no stairs or gravel - Park and wheel your suitcase directly into the unit.
Living Room has sofa, love seat and comfortable rocking recliner, flat screen TV, Wireless Internet, ceiling fan and sliding door to screened in deck.
Kitchen has been beautifully upgraded and has refrigerator, stove, double oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, and a Mr. Coffee maker. Breakfast bar seats 4, indoor dining seats 4, and Screened Deck has outdoor patio set that seats 4.
Master Bedroom includes King bed, TV, Tall Chest of Drawers, closet, ceiling fan, sliding door to screened in deck and access to private master bathroom with shower and double sinks.
Second Bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and closet.
Third Bedroom has full size bunk beds. (full size mattress on top and bottom bunks), Chest of drawers, TV and closet.
Second Bathroom is full bath with one sink, bathtub/shower and is easily accessible by second and third bedroom.
Screened Deck with ceiling fan, dining table seats 4, and comfortable patio furniture with cushions. The patio allows guests to enjoy a bug free zone with a light breeze and tranquil view of cove.

The complex amenities include two heated pools with lake view, playground, horseshoes, fire pit, gazebo, park bench, kayak launch, and plenty of greenspace!
