No rear homes, just tranquility and beautiful views of sunrises in the Ridgewood Lakes community in the Orlando area.
The Space:
Welcome to Sol Haven! Venture into the Orlando area where you have big city adventures nearby and can relax on the back porch, around the pool with a glass of wine. Sensational sunrise views from the southeast-facing pool, spa and lanai overlooking fairway #3 and one of many White Heron Golf Club ponds. Modern new furnishings throughout. Melt into the comfortable beds and fall asleep to the sounds of crickets chirping and bull frogs.
Our property is 13.1 miles from Disney World, 30 miles from Or-lando international airport in a town called Davenport. Davenport has a quiet vibe, which includes good food, beer, wine, and more! Wake up and go enjoy a day of Disney World, Universal studios or Sea World. Or maybe a round of golf or pickle ball both right ton property.
Our favorite beaches include Cocoa Beach, Melbourne beach or Clearwater, all worth the day trip. Maybe visit Blue Springs or Devils Den? Florida is home to a variety of beautiful, natural springs. Many are within a short driving distance of Orlando. Feeling adventurous? Check out The Aerial Tree Park or Davenport is home to one of the coolest things you can do in Central Florida, hot air balloon rides. Lake Louisa is a go-to spot for a day in nature. Lake Louisa is a scenic park filled with pine trees, lakes, and hiking trails. There’s also a small beach area with tables – great for a picnic or a day spent lounging by the water with a good book. Feeling more chill? Book a spa treatment at our favorite local spa or choose to stay put at the home, it has all the relaxation you could want. Sol Haven is filled with adventures or relaxation every which way you look.
BEDROOMS
The Home itself is 4 bedrooms, plus a private Den area. The mas-ter suite is conveniently located on the left side of the home for privacy. It has a king size bed with a bench, french doors and two large sliding patio doors that open up to the breathtaking views of your backyard oasis. The master bedroom features a 5x5 pol-ished porcelain shower with dual rain-shower heads, split marble-topped comfort height vanities with under-mount sinks & oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, and a water closet with comfort height toi-let. Additionally, a large closet, ceiling fan, Roku TV, sound ma-chine, alarm clock, full length mirror, with plenty of outlets and charging stations. Blackout curtains in each bedroom, blinds in the den.
Sol Haven’s additional three bedrooms are located on the other side of the home. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, Roku TV, full length mirror, sound machine, charging stations/outlets and addi-tional pillows and bedding.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, beautiful views of the pond and golf course and is adjacent to a full bath with dead-bolted steel door to pool deck.
The third bedroom has two twin size beds and is attached to the full Jack and Jill bath.
The fourth bedroom has a king bed and is also attached to the full Jack and Jill bath.
The fifth sleeping space is in the Den on a high quality, converti-ble sofa. The den has french doors that close, and blinds on the windows.

Our kitchen features all full sized, stainless steel appliances, along with all of the amenities you might need during your stay.

Enjoy your breakfast as you look through the unobstructed mi-tered window in the breakfast nook and dining area. Stacked black granite breakfast bar includes 4 bar stools and has pendant lighting.

LIVING AREAS
With an open concept, adjacent to the kitchen is the family room. With a full size sofa, 2 swivel chairs its a perfect spot to sit and re-lax. It has a built-in corner fireplace, 65 inch Roku TV, custom wood accent wall paneling with LED back-lighting and 2 large pa-tio doors with views to the lanai pool area.
The 12 ft ceilings and decor greet you as you enter the home through the foyer into the great room. With a full size sofa and chair, this will be another favorite hang out spot. In addition, there is a table and chairs, which can be used as additional dining space or grab some of the games in the console and use a game table.
DEN/OFFICE
The den has LVP flooring and double door access to great room. This space also doubles as an office with a desk, lamp and charg-ing pod.
GAME ROOM and ENTERTAINMENT
Tap into your inner child by stepping into the large game room in-side the converted 3 car garage. Play a game of ping pong or “pop a shot” basketball followed by a cold drink from the retro fridge at the bar area. In this game room we have a large TV along with a sofa, chairs and bar stool seating for plenty of play, chilling, lounging and enjoyment.
There are pickle ball/tennis courts. Home is adjacent to newly ren-ovated 18-hole White Heron Golf Club. This golf club is privately owned and open to the public.
Ridgewood Lakes has miles of biking and walking trails within the gated community.

OUTDOOR OASIS
Our 1300+ SF screened lanai and pool deck is a great place to unwind, or just watch as the sun fades to stars. Boasting a pool, with spa fountain, stacked stone cabana with dining area, all illu-minated at night by pool lights, and blue LED and string lights. The pool deck has two loungers and a sun umbrella.
The covered porch has a conversation area. A respite from the di-rect sunshine.
Sol Haven has a Weber gas grill available for guests to use.
The lanai and pool overlooks a pond and beyond the pond is the White Heron Golf Club. It’s what made us fall in love with this property. This property allows you to unplug while you are out-doors with nature.
Pool is heat is available October through April. We require 3 days notice for pool heat.
Pool towels provided.
CHILDREN
Bringing smaller children to Sol Haven? We have you covered with essentials such as a playpen with bassinet with changing ta-ble as well as a high chair. We also have a children’s dining set with plates, bowls, silverware and cups. We want you to be as comfortable as possible, but we must also remind you that your small children must be watched at all times. As beautiful as our natural landscape may be, it can be very hazardous to unat-tended children. For extra protection, we have installed alarms on every door leading to our beautiful pool area. they have an on/off switch right on the side. We encourage you to use them if you have children staying with you.
