This lovely condo features a floor to ceiling stone fireplace with a farmhouse mantel in the living room and vaulted ceilings throughout. The spacious living room area perfect for gathering with family and friends, while enjoying the great window views! The main bedroom suite and guest bedroom room are spacious and bright.
The Max Villa is located on the 11th hole of the historic Maxwelton Braes Resort in beautiful Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin near the shores of Lake Michigan. Maxwelton Braies is a historic lodge originally built in the 1930's and situated in the middle of a gorgeous 19-hole golf course. In addition to the golf course, the resort also includes 2 lighted tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, indoor and outdoor banquet facilities, and a bar on the main level.
You'll enjoy being located right in the center of the Peninsula and just a short distance away from Baileys Harbor and surrounding areas. You will be close to plenty of activity while also providing the privacy and quiet you desire!
We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours, too. Your well behaved dog is allowed with prior approval. This property allows 1 dog. There is a fee of $45 per dog/per night, which is collected separetely and approximately one week prior to your check-in date.
**This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions or other rowdy gatherings.

Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We do supply a starter set of paper products including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, and 2-3 garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
