The single story, 2091sf interior includes 3 bedrooms (including attached Casita), 3 full bathrooms and den/office. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, double ovens, gas cooktop, microwave oven, island and convenient workstation area. The spacious Master bedroom has a king bed with great views, access to the backyard and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large shower and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom and attached Casita have queen beds and large screen tv's. The Casita also has an ensuite bathroom, refrigerator, countertop oven, coffee pot, dishes and utensils. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and the office/den. Other upgrades include arched 8' doorways, 10' ceilings, a gas fireplace in the great room, a wireless printer in the office and Wi-Fi throughout the property. The 2-car garage with direct interior access and the close proximity to the clubhouse add convenience to this fabulous home in La Quinta's famous golfing and Old Town's boutique shopping and fabulous restaurants destination.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Guests must book a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days.
• At least one guest must be 55 or older.
• Pet Friendly with a non-refundable $300 pet fee per stay.
• Guests will be charged for any gas and electricity services in excess of $200/month for each service for their stay. Please remember that the pool and spa heating, fireplace and fire pit are large consumers of these services.
• There is a $500 non-refundable cancellation fee. If cancelled more than 60 days before the arrival date, balance of amount paid (minus any partner fees) is refundable. Withing the 0-60 day period before the arrival date, no refund is given unless owner is able to rent the home again for that term.
