2 Bedroom Cottage with Guest Services, Kitchen and Hot Tub
WayFarer is a Two (2) bedroom 1 bath totally redone rental. It has its own private porch, patio with grill, private entry, free parking on site, full kitchen, beautiful updated bathroom! *Home is a multi family property with laundry room on-site - each rental has own entry and everything private to you in your rental (Parking lot and laundry room is shared). Bedrooms are a king (with in-room Smart TV) and the second bedroom is a Queen. TV has cable & Netflix & WiFi!
PET POLICY: what type of pet do you have? Must be approved in advance of booking. Pets must be non-aggressive toward other animals, adults or children. After booking you will need to email me a health note from your vet dated within 30 days of stay and it would need to include that pet is on a flea treatment/heartworm program prescribed by the Veterinarian. I will need a copy a week prior to your arrival. (You are responsible for picking up after your animal and there is a cleaning fee of $45 required for each pet) 2 Max. The home itself is a multi-family home with other rentals but each has its own private entrance and everything in the rental is private to that rental.

The world renowned Dali Museum displaying some of Salvador Dali’s most impressive art is nearby. You can stroll downtown to the Saturday morning market (among the top 20 markets in the country) only steps from the waterfront and enjoy live music, fresh produce ,great food and crafts. Catch a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field or take in a show or concert at the Mahaffey Theater. A Foodie's dream is at the Locale Market where you can find world class cuisine to suit anyone’s palate. Prepared food to eat in or cook it your favorite way. Very close by is the serene Sunken Gardens with luscious tropical gardens and cascading waterfalls.
