The Barrigione Tower is a 16th-century Genoese residential tower located in the commune of Sisco in the hamlet of Barrigione in Cap Corse, 25km from Bastia.
It is an atypical dwelling of 180m² with a garden of 2500m² in the heart of the Barrigione hamlet where the Sisco Town Hall and Saint Martin Church are located.
We carried out work in 2019: electricity completely redone, kitchen, parental floor and bathrooms.
Capable of accommodating up to 12 people, the tower extends over 3 levels.
Ground floor:
- Dining room of 40m² adjoining the kitchen, open to the terrace and garden.
- Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso machine, ice maker, toaster, rice cooker.
1st floor (car access possible through the garden):
- Large Room of 40m² with vault and its slate fireplace
- Bedroom of 30m² with 160cm bed with sea view
- Shower room with external access equipped with an Italian shower, toilet and washbasin.
- Landscaped terrace with outdoor furniture and dining table and charcoal barbecue, garden of 2000 m2.
2nd floor "family" floor:
- Bathroom with 120cm bath, washbasin and WC
- Bedroom with 2 beds of 80cm overlooking the alley and valley
- Bedroom with 140cm bed overlooking the garden
- Separate WC between the 2nd and 3rd floors.
3rd floor:
- "Campo" room with 2 beds of 90cm overlooking the garden
- "La Marine" room with 140cm bed sea view
- "L'Alcôve" room with 140cm bed sea view
Private parking spaces. Direct car access through the garden.
You will be welcomed by a trusted person on site.
The end-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use.
Check-in and key handover are done directly at the establishment. To organise your arrival, we need to schedule an appointment. An email with further instructions will be sent after reservation confirmation.
Housekeeping and linen included in the rental.
