This elegant ground floor flat with terrace is located on a building in Graça, one of Lisbon's iconic neighborhoods. Situated at a calm street, it is surrounded by 1 farmer's market, many markets, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants. At the uphill, Graça rises among Alfama, São Jorge Castle and Mouraria. It boasts the amazing Senhora do Monte Viewpoint and the famous tramline 28.
The charming apartment on the ground floor is not only well-furnished, but also beautifully decorated. Besides, the stunning ceiling gives a sophisticated touch to the apartment’s look. . '1' Bedroom: it is bright and comfortable bedroom with ample closet space. There are 2 windows, a curtain, and black-out option. It is furnished with a double-bed and 2 nightstands. Bedroom is also equipped with AC equipment, however, due to its capacity it might take a while until it reaches high/low temperature during winter / summer time - it also might do some noise. For those light-sleepers, better use earplugs.
. '1' Bathroom: composed of a shower, a large mirror, a bathroom countertop and a toilet.
. Living Room
Dining Space: the cozy open-plan living room
dining space combines modern furniture and stylish decor with vibrant colors to create a welcoming and comfy space. It contains furnishings such as a sofa, chairs, TV on a sideboard, small dining table that is complemented by trendyframes selection.
. Kitchen: if you like to enjoy a delicious homemade meal, the brand-new kitchen is fully-equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, such as coffee machine, sandwich maker, mixer, dishwasher and cookware.

Terrace: the covered patio is a very bright and excellent space for enjoying great meals too. There is the backside terrace which is a cozy little outdoor space where you can have also a great breakfast! It is also equipped with a washing machine :)

Additional Apartment´s Information:There are parking options on the street, but it is paid from Mon to Fri from 09AM to 07PM. On weekend is free. Moreover, as the bedroom´s windows are on the same street level (apartments sits on the ground floor) and face streetview, for those who are light-sleepers, we recommend using earplugs due to the noise that might come from the street.
Additional Information:. Information for Nacional Immigration and Borders Service (SEF). Information about your identification will be required, please provide them to your hosts. It is required to all foreign citizens, whether they are from Member States of the European Union or Third Country Nationals.. Checkin: from 4PM to 10PM. Checkin later than 10PM won´t be accepted. Checkout: until 11AM.
. Late check in from 8pm to 9pm has an extra cost of 30€. . Late check in from 9pm to 10pm has an extra cost of 40€.
. If the additional late check in fee is applied, payment is due on the check-in.. 1 bath mat per bathroom + 1 set of towel is provided per guest. The set of towel consists of 1 shower towel + 1 face towel.. There won't be change of towels for stays until 7 nights. Thus, for additional towels during the stay there will be as extra cost of 10€ /set of towel.. For additional cleaning during the stay, the guest will have to require it upon the booking confirmation. Extra cleaning (same as cleaning fee) fee will be charged accordingly.
. The apartment should be left reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food. If the apartment is not organized as expected and instructed, there will be an extra cleaning charge.
. The guest will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay in the apartment, its furniture or equipment, or situations of extreme filth or rubbish. The cost for re-establishing the condition of the apartment upon check-in shall be charged accordingly.
. Please, always remember to lock the apartment with key while in- or outside the apartment. Before you leave for check-out, please follow our keys instructions that will be sent before your check-out day.. If guests loose our keys or forget the keys on the doorlock or inside the apartment (i.e. the hosts and guests will be locked out of the apartment), 200€ fee for locksmith will be applied uppon guests responsibilities. We are very strict about this rule. Keys are to be taken very seriously.
To help you get started, you will get a short meet up at the house with our hosts. They will check you in, hand over the keys personally and provide you some good tips and recommendations for an unforgettable experience in Lisbon.
Transfer Information: It’s possible to schedule a transfer from the airport to our apartment’s address! The pricing is:* 35€ per transfer from 1 until 3 persons, with 4 luggages maximum.* 50€ for transfer for 4 until 6 persons, with 10 luggages maximum.If you’re interested, inform us about your details and schedule until 24h prior to your arrival.
