A renovated 1924 Bungalow, The Gatehouse includes a living and dining area with new bamboo flooring throughout, kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), large master bedroom with king bed and sitting area downstairs, 2 single bedrooms upstairs, glass-tiled bathroom with separate tub and shower, expansive decks with harbor views. Next door is a stand alone billiards room for this unit only.
The Moorings is for those who desire a comfortable, quiet place along the coast. It offers completely renovated and private units in historic homes along the Maine coast with harbor and ocean views.
The Moorings is only a 2-minute walk to REILLY'S STORE with fine meats, fish and produce, a full line of groceries, deli, newspapers, full liquors, excellent wines and beers, fresh bread and muffins, movie rentals. Hours: 8 AM to 6 PM every day. Then walk down the road to the Harbor and Back Cove. Later, walk through the garden to the pool and hot tub. Leaf peepers and holiday stays welcome - all units fully winterized!
