Welcome to Tiger Lilly, a chic botanical garden mid-century modern Harveys Lake tiny villa! At a full 600 square feet, you'll enjoy the regular luxuries of a full-size home without sacrificing comfort! 8 easy minutes from the lake resort where you can swim, kayak and boat. Kayaking is free and we have a dock for motorboat access. A short drive finds restaurants, Ricketts Glen waterfalls, outlet shops, skiing, waterpark, beer wine & harvest festivals.
My newly renovated tiny villa is located in the heart of Harvey's Lake! It’s tiny, but mighty. While the home is only 600 square feet, it’s open and airy layout can accommodate up to 5 people.
The grounds are a botanical garden filled local flowers and fruit that you can pick from our fruit trees when in season!
The home is furnished with one queen-size pillow top bed in bedroom 1, one queen-size bed in bedroom 2 and a Serta memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal number of guests would be 1-5 people. But we can definitely fit 6 if you're willing to squeeze and sleep on the mid-century modern couch!
Please keep in mind, it’s a tiny house. So, if space and privacy is important to you, this may not be the best fit.
Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the glasses, cups, mugs, wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch! Or cook on the outdoor grill. Grill is seasonal from May to October.
The living room is furnished with a nice flat screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and relax with friends and family.
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: Towels, soap, bathroom papers, linens and more.
Enjoy a morning coffee with our Kuirig. We no longer provide coffee, so remember to pack your favorite k-cup if you wish!
Or pack K-cocoa and enjoy the night with a hot cocoa before settling in. U
If TV is not your thing, check out our fire pit or turn up the heat in your private hot tub! This villa is equipped with its own private Saluspa 120 Bubble Jet Hot Tub. Due to increased winter energy costs and our reduced nightly rates, during the months from October 31 through May 1 we charge a per night hot tub fee of $75 per night. During these months only, this fee is not included in your current nightly rate. The hot tub will be available by request and the $75 per night hot tub fee will be added to your stay through a special request in the app.
Tiger Lilly is resting on 2-acres of botanical gardens that have a total of 3 separate villas. This Villa rests close to a neighboring villa where you may see a neighboring guest, but don’t worry there is plenty of privacy at your Villa to offer great comfort. The gardens are part of an Earth Ship of retaining walls built of repurpose material blending perfectly with natural growth surroundings. The garden are naturally fed from a nearby stream through and underground irrigation system. Guests have full access to the botanical gardens, the house, grill, patio, fire pit and hot tub.
Guests have full access to the Sunset Beach Lake Resort where you can swim, picnic, kayak, play in the sand and sunbathe. There are lifeguards on duty. A restroom is on site along with a pavilion with electricity. Resort is seasonal.
Guests have access to free kayaking upon request.
Guest may request dock parking for motorboats.
Reserve free kayaking through the host.
If you wish to bring a boat, you must make the host aware of your intent before booking. The dock has boat size limitations and availability.
Booking requests made within 24 hours of check are not guaranteed an o time check in at 3:00pm. Check may be delayed due to last minute cleaning schedule conflicts.
You may even be greeted by a chicken!
