Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The property character is great & loads of space for our large gathering. Lots of interesting features.
Negative: Flooring is very uneven & there are quite a few loose fixtures & fittings including stair bannisters, the place is in need of quite a bit of repair. Hot water very temperamental & we had reports of shower taps not working for switching to running a bath. Mattresses are in desperate need of replacement & all soft seating is very low down, luckily we didn’t need the 3rd floor as after a nosey no one would have really wanted to be up there. Cleaning could be better & everything in the kitchen needed washing before use.
Summary: We had an amazing time with friends and family. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you
